New cozy family friendly 6+1 persons summerhouse with outdoor HotTub at North Sea in the middle of very nice nature dunes and trees near Løkken, Blokhus and Fårup, only 350m from beautiful beach. Many nice terrace free from wind and neighbors There’s room for hole family and nice light and nature coming via the huge windows. Everything inside house are very good quality. Nice bathroom with spa for 1-2 persons, 13m2 Activity-room. Large Playground and minigolf only 100m away. If anything is needed not listed just let us know :-)

160cm X 200cm and TV, PlayStation, Xbox Kinect, mini Pool, mini air-hockey, LEGO etc.
TV have internal "Philips ChromeCast" for streaming Tv, Netflix etc. very nice to lie in
bed and look at the dunes.
-Bed-room (East) you have view of the "forest"
-For your outdoor eating pleasure, there is both a charcoal and a small gas BBQ grill.
-Toys for beach, 1 small and 1 adult MTB and many other things.
-Travel-bed and Trip-Trap chair available.
-Cozy Outdoor HotTub available.
-Summer house can be used all year due to very good isolation, heating-pump, wood-
burning stove and floor heat as secondary heat.
